Agreement to Terms

By downloading, installing, or using MaClipHistory ("the Application"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Application.

License Grant

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download, install, and use MaClipHistory on your personal macOS device solely for your personal, non-commercial use.

Use Restrictions

You agree not to:

• Modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works of the Application
• Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or attempt to derive the source code of the Application
• Remove, alter, or obscure any copyright, trademark, or other proprietary rights notices
• Use the Application for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws
• Distribute, sell, lease, rent, lend, or sublicense the Application to third parties
• Use the Application in any manner that could damage, disable, or impair the functionality of your device

Ownership

MaClipHistory and all intellectual property rights therein are and shall remain the property of MaClipHistory and its licensors. These Terms do not grant you any rights to our trademarks, service marks, or logos.

Privacy

Your use of the Application is also governed by our Privacy Policy. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand our practices regarding your data.

Disclaimer of Warranties

THE APPLICATION IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

We do not warrant that:

• The Application will meet your requirements
• The Application will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free
• The results obtained from using the Application will be accurate or reliable
• Any errors in the Application will be corrected

Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL MaClipHistory, ITS AFFILIATES, OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, OR LICENSORS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OR INABILITY TO USE THE APPLICATION.

Data Loss

You acknowledge that clipboard data stored by MaClipHistory may be lost due to various factors including but not limited to:

• Software bugs or errors
• System crashes or failures
• Accidental deletion
• Operating system updates
• Hardware failure

You are responsible for maintaining backups of any important data. We are not responsible for any data loss that may occur while using the Application.

Updates and Modifications

We reserve the right to:

• Modify or discontinue the Application at any time without notice
• Update these Terms at any time by posting the updated Terms
• Add or remove features from the Application

Your continued use of the Application after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.

Premium Features

MaClipHistory is currently offered free of charge. We may introduce optional premium features in the future. If we do:

• Core features will remain free
• Premium features will be clearly marked
• Separate terms may apply to premium features
• All existing users will be notified of any changes

Financial Support

MaClipHistory accepts voluntary financial support to support development. By making a payment, you acknowledge that:

• Funding is voluntary and non-refundable
• Payments do not grant you any additional rights or features
• Payments do not create any ongoing obligation on our part
• We reserve the right to refuse or return any payment at our discretion

Termination

These Terms are effective until terminated by you or us. You may terminate these Terms at any time by uninstalling and ceasing to use the Application. We may terminate these Terms immediately if you fail to comply with any provision of these Terms.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which MaClipHistory operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Dispute Resolution

Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Application shall be resolved through good faith negotiations. If negotiations fail, disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the jurisdiction in which MaClipHistory operates.

Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary so that these Terms shall otherwise remain in full force and effect.

Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and MaClipHistory regarding the Application and supersede all prior agreements and understandings.
